01 / SIGNAL
Tell us what is happening.
Share your business, website and the issue you are trying to understand. We look for visible or supplied signals rather than forcing the problem into a generic template.
How it works / Business SOS
Business SOS is designed to help you understand what your business is signalling, identify what deserves attention first and decide the next practical action.
Signal. Scan. Report. Priority. Action.
We begin with the information that is visible or that you provide. The free scan creates an initial structured signal, your secure report explains what appears important, and your customer dashboard keeps reports and next-step options together. Where deeper work is appropriate, Business Diagnosis or Rescue Support can then examine the situation in more detail.
Five steps
01 / SIGNAL
Share your business, website and the issue you are trying to understand. We look for visible or supplied signals rather than forcing the problem into a generic template.
02 / SCAN
The initial scan considers the information available and highlights signals that may affect trust, conversion, sales, costs, cash flow, reputation or operations.
03 / PRIORITY
Your Business SOS report brings the initial scores, warning signals, interpretation, evidence gaps and practical next actions into one secure view. You can return to reports through the customer dashboard.
04 / ACTION
Not every problem deserves equal attention. Use the report and available evidence to identify what looks material, what still needs validation and what can reasonably wait.
Three levels of support
The free scan is a starting point, not a substitute for a full review. Deeper support depends on the information available and the nature of the problem.
A first-pass review of visible and supplied signals to help identify possible concerns and useful next questions.
A more structured review intended to establish priorities, evidence gaps and practical actions across the relevant areas of the business.
Focused support for businesses under pressure where decisions need prioritising quickly. Specialist regulated advice is referred out where required.
Your next signal
It gives us enough context to understand what you are seeing and whether a deeper diagnosis is likely to be useful.
