01. Our approach
Business SOS aims to provide website content that can be navigated, understood and used across a range of devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility is considered as the website and its services develop.
02. Accessibility features
The website is designed to use logical headings, readable text, strong colour contrast, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support where applicable. Forms should use clear labels and instructions.
03. Limitations
Some third-party tools, embedded services or newly introduced features may not always provide the same level of accessibility as the main Business SOS website. If a barrier is identified, we will use the information available to us to consider an appropriate improvement or alternative.
04. Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using the website or need help accessing information, email help@business---sos.com. Please include the page or feature involved and a short description of the issue so we can understand what happened.
05. Ongoing review
We intend to review accessibility as significant website changes are introduced and use feedback to help identify areas that may need improvement.
