Business Diagnosis

Tell us what needs a deeper look.

Use this request when the first symptoms are visible but you need a more structured view of what is connected, what evidence is missing and what deserves attention first.

Before you submit

Give us the business context, not a polished diagnosis.

Tell us what changed, what you can already see in the numbers or day-to-day operation, what you have tried and what decision you are struggling to make. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Useful evidence

Rough numbers and patterns are useful. Perfection is not.

Examples include enquiry volumes, conversion rates, cash pressure, margin changes, recurring delays, customer complaints, owner dependency, staffing pressure or anything that changed in the last few months.

What happens next

We decide the right depth before doing the work.

1. Triage the request

We review the situation, urgency and evidence already available.

2. Confirm the useful scope

We identify what needs a deeper look and what information would make the diagnosis more reliable.

3. Agree the next step

That may be a structured diagnosis, a call, focused rescue support or referral to an appropriate regulated specialist.
